Question Thinking

February 1, 2017 Carl Kuddell
A group exercise to explore your organisation's dynamics

A group exercise to explore your organisation's dynamics

This session is to explore how to disrupt and reframe oppressive behavior.

Use the Notice, Disrupt and Reframe Joker cards

Select one challenge /scenario where your organisation is stuck that you have already identified.

Explore which gangs are at play, and select the key cards to identify the key behaviors, values and violence.

As a group step through the 5 questions on the Disrupt Joker to unpack and speak back to the hidden/overt power and privileged narratives of one card.

In smaller groups disrupt the other values and behaviours that appear in this challenge/scenario, to practice and tailor your question thinking.
